Introduction
As an Install Safety Engineer in the EUV install organization, you will be responsible for maintaining safe and healthy working conditions and operations at customer sites. We are looking for a proactive individual to drive and execute tasks with enthusiasm.
Job Mission
Your primary mission will include ensuring safe working practices and compliance with safety requirements, training and instructing EUV install engineers on tech-related safety issues, and investigating and following up on accidents, incidents, and near misses. Additionally, you will participate in safety community activities and escalate safety issues to EHS and local CS management when necessary.
Job Description
- Review and monitor local EHS compliance and changes in applicable requirements.
- Coordinate and facilitate the SRB (Safety Review Board) meeting which is CS safety escalation process.
- Serve as the local point of contact for all technology-related safety questions.
- Collaborate with customer representatives on EHS subjects with responsibility.
- Ensure that all necessary safety management data is accurately recorded, verified, and maintained.
- Advise local CS Management on appropriate budget allocation for required EHS activities.
- Organize and conduct safety awareness trainings according to the CS safety training program.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or above in EHS-related, engineering field.
Experience
- Around 9 - 13 years of experience in EHS or equivalent engineering experience, particularly in installation and set-up environments preferred.
- Experience collaborating with on-site engineers is preferred.
