Job Summary
Onto Innovation is seeking a high-performing Account Manager to lead strategic engagement with Korean customers with global operations. This role represents Onto Innovation’s full portfolio — including advanced metrology tools such as FAaST and CnCV — and works closely with global technical teams to drive adoption and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global account strategy aligned with Onto Innovation’s objectives
- Build strong relationships across engineering, R&D, and procurement teams
- Drive adoption of FAaST and CnCV tools for process control and materials innovation
- Guide regional sales and service teams to ensure alignment with global strategy
- Lead customer interactions, including technical reviews, project planning, and negotiations
- Identify new opportunities and manage pipeline, forecasting, and CRM updates
- Own the quoting process with cross-functional support
- Travel regularly to customer sites across Southeast Asia and the U.S.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in technical sales or account management, preferably in semiconductor equipment or related industries.
- Experience with complex capital equipment and customer engagement across organizational levels
- Strong understanding of metrology, process control, and semiconductor manufacturing
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel internationally
