- Student Guidance: Counsel and guide students regarding career opportunities, job roles, recruitment processes, and professional expectations.
- Employer Feedback: Collect feedback from recruiters and students to identify areas for improvement.
- Placement Tracking: Track selected students, joining status, salary packages, job roles, and other relevant placement outcomes.
- Compliance & Discipline: Ensure that students follow institutional placement policies and professional conduct during recruitment activities.
- Reporting: Prepare regular placement reports and present placement-related data to the Placement Officer/Head of Department/Management.
- Alumni & Industry Engagement: Leverage alumni and industry networks to create additional employment and internship opportunities.
- Internship Coordination: Assist in identifying and coordinating internship opportunities for students where applicable.
