The role focuses on assessing land potential and performing income-based valuations, forming the basis for decisions on land acquisition and further project development.
This is a position for someone who wants to have a direct impact on investment decisions and work closely with the development process from an early stage.
Evaluate land plots and brownfield opportunities for retail park and SBU developments
Assess location potential from commercial, competitive, and demographic perspectives
Analyze market saturation and attractiveness of locations for tenants
Review opportunities sourced by Expansion Managers, brokers, and external partners.
Verify key site parameters and development potential.
Prepare initial investment recommendations.
Perform income-based land valuations.
Develop revenue scenarios and propose initial tenant mix.
Estimate GLA and overall project potential.
Analyze key investment metrics such as development yield and exit yield.
Work closely with Expansion Managers and the Team Coordinator
Support the Head of Expansion in preparing recommendations for senior management
Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ensure all incoming opportunities are properly analyzed and followed up.
Support the team in progressing projects towards preliminary agreements.
Experience in the commercial real estate sector
Background in investment analysis, valuation, asset management, or development
Understanding of retail or logistics real estate markets
Ability to assess location potential and prepare feasibility studies
Knowledge of income-based valuation methods and key metrics such as yield, development yield, and exit yield
Ability to work with maps and spatial data
Strong command of English for professional communication.
