Recruitment Associate

Scope of Responsibilities:
- Leading Recruitment Processes: Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for both clients and candidates.
- Business Partner Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Clients and Candidates alike, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, talent availability, and competitive intelligence to better serve our clients and candidates.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the team to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies that attract high-quality candidates and meet client expectations.
- Winning Profiles: Create compelling candidate profiles and presentations for clients, showcasing the strengths and suitability of each candidate for the specific role, following our highest standards and using state-of-the-art tools.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with a dynamic and supportive team, sharing insights and best practices to achieve collective success.
Expected Professional Traits:
- Analytical Skills: Ability to gather and analyze information effectively.
- Research Skills: Proficiency in conducting thorough research and identifying key individuals who meet clients' requirements.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to screen and interview candidates, provide feedback, and report activities.
- Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of another EU language, especially German, Dutch, Spanish, or Czech, is a big advantage.
