Job Description:

Ready to join a top-tier healthcare system? Beth Israel Lahey Health is actively recruiting Staff Hospitalists for its affiliated site at Beverly Hospital in Beverly, MA. We have both day and night positions available!

About the Hospital Medicine Department

Our Department of Hospital Medicine is comprised of over 60 full-time physicians and approximately 10 advanced practitioners, all dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.

  • We utilize a traditional 7-on, 7-off block schedule.

  • Patient volumes typically fall within SHM recommended ranges.

  • We're a democratically run, collegial group where your contributions are recognized and valued.

Ideal candidates should possess:

  • Strong academic credentials, including Residency Training in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

  • A commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

  • A hardworking, dependable, collegial, and professional demeanor – true team players!

Pay Range:

$290,000.00 USD - $316,000.00 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation may be determined based on several factors, that may include education, training, relevant experience, specialty, geography of work location, productivity, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.  In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include productivity and quality bonuses.
