The Business Analyst II will lead the transition to a unified research administration system, ensuring compliance, documenting processes, and facilitating improvements across BILH.

Provides direct nursing care to cardiology research participants, applies clinical judgment, coordinates interdisciplinary care, participates in quality improvement, maintains certifications and training, and supports research protocol adherence and participant evaluation.

Prepare patients for ophthalmic evaluation: take histories, perform preliminary eye testing (visual acuity, IOP, visual fields, OCT, fundus photography, autorefraction, A/B scans, lensometry, topography), manage patient flow, maintain supplies and equipment, and complete employer training to achieve JCAHPO COA certification within 18 months.

Prepare patients for ophthalmic exams by taking histories, measuring visual acuity and intraocular pressure, administering eye drops, performing diagnostic tests (visual fields, A/B scans, autorefraction, OCT, fundus photography, lensometry, topography), conducting refractions, managing patient flow and schedules, maintaining equipment and supplies, documenting records, and participating in training and continuing education.

Provide direct support to clients in a 41-bed detox program by monitoring safety and behavior, conducting 30-minute wellbeing checks, supervising the unit, performing admissions screenings and searches, completing shift documentation, and assisting clients with access to step-down care.

Provides administrative support to physicians in clinical practice and research, including scheduling appointments, gathering patient information, and maintaining records.

Manage daily laboratory operations including administrative duties and direct research support. Oversee and train research personnel, maintain equipment and inventory, schedule meetings, ensure lab safety and accurate records, and handle collection, processing, and storage of primary patient samples. Senior financial analyst responsible for budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, month-end ledger entries, balance sheet reconciliations, invoicing, and financial reporting. Works with auditors and presents analysis to senior leaders and the CFO. Supports pharmacy financial operations and improves accounting procedures.

Provide direct medical-surgical telemetry nursing care to adult and geriatric orthopedic and bariatric patients. Work 36 hours/week (7:00a–7:30p) with every-other-weekend and holiday rotation. Maintain telemetry competency within 90 days, BLS certification, effective time management, and communication. Staff may be floated as needed.

Provide hospital security by conducting interior/exterior patrols, responding to calls, monitoring patients and CCTV, staffing dispatch/switchboard, liaising with emergency services, de-escalating crises, and maintaining posts and equipment. Per diem staff must meet shift and holiday minimums.

Performs radiology exams, prepares and positions patients, evaluates images for quality, and ensures patient comfort during procedures.
