- Work with exceptional providers and robust staff in our multidisciplinary clinical team consisting of nine physicians, four nurse practitioners, and six certified diabetes educators
- Variety - Provide outpatient care at our Smyrna, DE clinic. Then 4 to 5 times a year, round at our main hospitals in Newark/Wilmington, DE.
- Light call: 1:8. Inpatient staggered weekends and 2 week rounding blocks for inpatient care. Experienced team/support means lower call burden.
- EMR: Migrating to EPIC in October 2026
