Collects and reconciles hospital insurance accounts receivable, reviews and submits UB-04 and corrected claims, follows up with payers, resolves denials and discrepancies, prepares appeals, validates reimbursement, analyzes trends, and manages rejection and late-charge reports using hospital billing systems and payer portals.

Mammography experience and certification are highly desired or required when performing mammography procedures.

Participates in a 26-week NICU nurse residency combining classroom education, simulation, mentorship, and preceptor-led clinical training. Provides patient care in a Level III neonatal intensive care setting while developing critical thinking, communication, leadership, evidence-based practice, and patient safety skills. Applicants must graduate from an accredited nursing program, obtain BLS and RN licensure, pass the NCLEX, and work all shifts. The program requires a two-year employment commitment.

Entry-level nurse residency for senior nursing students, recent graduates, and new RNs pursuing postpartum and maternal-child nursing. Residents receive 24 weeks of preceptor-led training in mother and newborn care, continuing nursery care, simulation, evidence-based practice, and professional development. Applicants must graduate from an accredited nursing program, obtain BLS certification and Delaware or compact-state RN licensure, pass the NCLEX, and have fewer than 12 months of RN experience. Successful participants transition to staff nurse roles with a two-year employment commitment.

Entry-level operating room nurse residency for senior nursing students, recent nursing graduates, and new RNs. The 26-week program combines classroom instruction, simulation, preceptor-led clinical training, and skills validation in perioperative nursing. Residents provide patient care as part of a surgical team while developing expertise in sterile technique, surgical procedures, safety, infection prevention, and clinical decision-making. Successful participants must obtain RN licensure, complete required assessments, work all shifts, and commit to two years of employment.

The Chief Government Affairs Officer leads federal, state, and local government affairs strategy; advises the CEO and executive leadership on legislative, regulatory, and political developments; oversees lobbying, advocacy, appropriations, policy responses, and trade association engagement; represents the health system with policymakers and regulators; builds bipartisan coalitions; develops policy messaging; and leads the Government Affairs, Policy, and Regulatory Strategy team.
