Entry-level operating room nurse residency for senior nursing students, recent nursing graduates, and new RNs. The 26-week program combines classroom instruction, simulation, preceptor-led clinical training, and skills validation in perioperative nursing. Residents provide patient care as part of a surgical team while developing expertise in sterile technique, surgical procedures, safety, infection prevention, and clinical decision-making. Successful participants must obtain RN licensure, complete required assessments, work all shifts, and commit to two years of employment.

Participates in a 26-week NICU nurse residency combining classroom education, simulation, mentorship, and preceptor-led clinical training. Provides patient care in a Level III neonatal intensive care setting while developing critical thinking, communication, leadership, evidence-based practice, and patient safety skills.
