Job Description
Responsible for the direct supervision and handling of all warehousing in Lincolnton Plants managing the warehouse in line with the company’s standard, complying with the company’s policies and vision. Overseeing basic operations, such as receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance of products using the warehouse space to achieve peak efficiency.
Develop concepts for quality, cost and performance management in warehouses. Keep close cooperation with external logistics service providers and RB internal corporate functions. Support roll-out of internal warehouse service organization. Identify and implement efficient, cost-effective processes and methods to increase output in warehouses.
Define strategy about inventory volumes and warehouse capacity to maximize productivity, rearranging containers for improved efficiency while allowing Warehouse associates to easily navigate between aisles.
Support the daily tracking of expenses and projections about their team’s budget, manage purchases and expenses for keeping the warehouse running efficiently.
Qualifications

Proficiency*
System and shop floor proficiency in designing (lean) logistic processes-Senior
Computer proficiency in Microsoft office-Intermediate
Expertise in SAP (esp. modules MM, SD, PP) and add*ONE-Intermediate
