Our Partial Hospitalization Program is focused on serving neurodiverse youth with intensive behavioral health needs. The program supervisor will engage in program development as well as provide supervision and general oversight of the program. Grounded within the agency's trauma recovery model and racial equity work, the partial hospitalization program will employ evidence-based and best practices models of care. Working in a multidisciplinary environment, this is an exciting opportunity to help shape a clinically rich, client focused program serving neurodivergent youth.

PHP Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients and their families to support treatment progress
  • Provide supervision and oversight of the partial hospitalization program
  • Work within a transdisciplinary team to provide neurodiverse affirming care
  • Maintain paperwork in accordance with state and federal laws and credentialing
  • Engage in program development

PHP Supervisor Essential Job Requirements:

  • Master's degree in mental health field or Bachelor’s degree with experience working in intensive program
  • Experience working with neurodivergent youth
  • Acceptance and ability to work with individuals and families with a variety of lifestyles, behaviors, and cultural and spiritual practices with the ability to apply a social justice and equity lens to all aspects of this work.
