Lead child and family teams to develop, implement, and monitor individualized Wraparound Care Plans. Coordinate services across systems, engage natural and professional supports, and promote family voice and choice while providing resources and community-based mental health support for Medicaid-eligible children and youth.

Serve as the first point of contact for families seeking care. Handle incoming calls and texts, greet clients and visitors, manage front-office activities, and proactively contact prospective clients to schedule initial appointments. The role requires compassionate communication, de-escalation skills, scheduling and conversion ability, accurate data entry, basic computer and EHR proficiency, HIPAA awareness, and reliable onsite attendance.

Supervise a youth court-diversion behavioral health program by managing the therapeutic milieu, developing routines, training and supervising behavior specialists, facilitating groups, coordinating with juvenile court services, and overseeing schedules, supplies, documentation, and on-call support. The role uses trauma-informed and DEI-informed practices to support youth experiencing crisis.

Coordinates community-based services and individualized case plans for children, adolescents, and families. Maintains a 10–15 client caseload, facilitates collaborative team meetings, incorporates youth and family input, builds provider relationships, supports clinical and casework consultation, monitors care plans, and helps families progress toward stability and transition.

Supervise and oversee a partial hospitalization program serving neurodivergent youth. Responsibilities include supporting clients and families, providing treatment-program supervision, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, maintaining legally compliant documentation, delivering neurodiversity-affirming care, and participating in program development.

The Behavior Specialist creates a therapeutic environment, supports clients in achieving treatment goals, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, providing direct care and facilitating groups.

Provide short-term, strengths-based behavioral health services to children, youth, and families in a community-clinic partnership. Engage and outreach to underserved populations, co-design culturally appropriate groups, integrate services with clinic teams, support screening deployment, and deliver in-person or telehealth therapy aligned with treatment plans.
