Responsibilities:
- Perform routine shift operations for Photo Track equipment, including start-up, shutdown, 6S patrol, and equipment health monitoring.
- Execute troubleshooting and recovery actions for alarms or equipment downtime based on OCAP/SOP guidelines.
- Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) activities.
- Maintain accurate maintenance and troubleshooting records and ensure proper shift-to-shift communication.
- Support Equipment Engineers in equipment performance improvement, reliability enhancement, and excursion reduction activities.
- Comply with all EHS, chemical handling, and cleanroom safety guidelines; maintain workplace 6S standards.
- Collaborate with Process team and Production Supervisors to ensure stable line operations.
Successful Candidates must have the following Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of semiconductor equipment, mechanical systems, or electrical fundamentals.
- Strong hardware troubleshooting, logical analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to follow detailed procedures and maintain high discipline in safety, quality, and documentation.
- Good communication skills and teamwork mindset, especially in a fast-paced shift environment.
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and rotational day/night shifts.
Education & Experience:
Required:
- Associate degree, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent technical training in Engineering, Applied Physics, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related fields.
- Experience in equipment maintenance, semiconductor operations, or PM tasks is preferred but not mandatory (training will be provided).
- Familiarity with Photo Track systems (such as TEL) is a plus.
