Senior product quality engineer responsible for probe-to-ship (PTS) yield enhancement and detractor debugging, burn quality monitoring, DPM and product grade improvement, RMA/CAPA and MRB handling, product reliability and new product qualification, wafer outgoing inspection engineering, and leveraging data analytics and AI-enabled tools to develop predictive monitoring and automation to reduce escapes and improve quality.
