Responsibilities:- Support General Industry sales by qualifying leads and helping acquire new business.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely responses and follow‑up.
- Manage CRM activities and documentation, acting as a CRM subject matter expert.
- Maintain accurate customer master data, pricing, and specifications in SAP.
- Follow up on quotes and open items to gather feedback and drive closure.
- Partner closely with Sales and Operations to support account growth and timely information flow.
- Assist Account Managers by managing smaller accounts and supporting customer initiatives and reporting.
- Associate’s degree in Business or a related field.
- 3+ years of Inside Sales or Customer Service experience using SAP.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on phone-based selling.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP, and CRM systems.
- Intermediate Excel skills preferred.
- Ability to build strong internal and external partnerships to achieve sales goals.
