As a Pharmacy Sales Representative or Advisor Manager, you'll need to be highly motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable in drawing insights from data. 

You will also receive meaningful responsibilities from day one to establish and grow long-term partnerships with our customers by continuously proposing solutions and plans that meet shared objectives. In doing so, you will develop a keen understanding of your product categories and markets. 

You will be part of a customer team in which trust, team spirit, real passion and leadership are very important. 

Aside from your team, your manager will also be able to provide coaching & support wherever needed, which will ensure a nurturing work environment. 

You will have outstanding learning opportunities, and an inclusive working context.

  • A temporary direct contract of 12 months, aimed at a permanent contract;

Location: We are looking for resources to work in the whole Italian territory along the year. You will be contacted when a resource is needed in a certain area of the country.

  • Bachelor/Master degree, preferably Economics/Management or Pharmacy/Science studies; 
  • Active in extracurricular activities; 
  • A valid driver’s license is mandatory; 
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English; 
  • External focus and a real passion for Sales; 
  • Willingness to bring creativity & innovation to their work; 
  • Strong analytical thinking and skills; 
  • Collaboration attitude with diverse groups of people; 
  • Availability to relocate over the entire Italian territory.
