PGIM's Product and Institutional Client teams play a critical role in connecting current and potential investors with PGIM's investment capabilities. Working across client relationships, business development, product strategy, analytics, and market intelligence, these teams help deliver investment solutions, strengthen client partnerships, and support the continued growth of PGIM's business. Through close collaboration with investment management, operations, compliance, and risk, Product and Institutional Client professionals help bring investment strategies to market, communicate their value, and deliver a high-quality experience for clients around the world.

What You Can Expect:

As a PGIM Product and Institutional Client intern, you'll gain exposure to the teams, relationships, and business activities that help connect current and potential investors with one of the world's leading asset managers.

From supporting institutional clients and prospective investors to analyzing investment strategies and evaluating market opportunities, you'll work alongside experienced professionals who help drive business growth, strengthen client relationships, and support the successful delivery of PGIM's investment capabilities.

Depending on your placement, you'll contribute to projects and day-to-day activities that help teams analyze information, communicate investment insights, support client needs, evaluate business opportunities, and enhance the overall investor experience.

You may:

  • Partner with teams across Investment Management, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Product to support business objectives

  • Analyze information, research trends, and support business recommendations

  • Support teams responsible for institutional client relationships and investor communications

  • Assist with reporting, presentations, proposals, and business development materials

  • Conduct research on investment products, competitors, and industry trends

  • Support responses to investor, consultant, and client inquiries

  • Participate in projects focused on business growth, process improvement, and strategic initiatives

  • Present findings, recommendations, or project updates to stakeholders

Business Development & Client Relationship | Building Strong Investor Partnerships

Help support the teams responsible for developing, managing, and strengthening relationships with institutional investors, consultants, prospects, and other key stakeholders. These teams help clients understand PGIM's capabilities, navigate investment opportunities, and achieve their long-term objectives.

Potential team placements include:

Investor Communications & Business Intelligence | Transforming Information into Insight

Help support the creation, analysis, and delivery of information used by clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders. Teams in this area help communicate investment capabilities, support business development efforts, respond to investor due diligence requests, and provide valuable market and product insights.

Product Strategy & Solutions | Shaping the Future of Investment Products

What You’ll Need:

  • Education | Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program graduating between December 2027 and May 2028.

  • Academic Achievement | Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

  • Analytical Thinking | Ability to evaluate information, identify patterns, solve problems, and develop thoughtful recommendations through coursework, projects, internships, leadership experiences, or other hands-on opportunities.

  • Communication & Collaboration | Ability to communicate ideas clearly, build relationships, work effectively with others, and contribute to a team environment.

  • Financial Markets & Investment Curiosity | Interest in financial markets, institutional investing, asset management, investment products, or how investors evaluate opportunities and make decisions.
