Timeline:

Program Dates: Monday, June 7th, 2027 – Friday, August 13th, 2027

You may apply for up to three roles per recruitment season. 

What you can expect:

  • Gain hands-on experience and learn business-to-business sales including all aspects of a consultative sales model

  • Collaborate and shadow with our National Sales Desk, Internal Wholesalers, to learn best practices of the business

  • Support sales projects, research, and presentations to ensure successful execution of various business strategies

  • Partner with the broader Sales team to provide solutions and initiate efforts to improve process efficiencies

You will be empowered to contribute in a meaningful way, add new value to organization initiatives and effect change.

What you’ll need:

  • Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program or 5th year master’s program graduating between December 2027 and May 2028

  • Prudential does not provide visa sponsorship for this position. Successful candidates must possess the requisite US employment authorization to be eligible for consideration

  • Preferred majors include Business, Economics, Finance, Financial Services, or related field of study

It’d be a plus if you had:

  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills

Note: The salary range for this role is $28.00 to $30.00 per hour. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.
