Job Summary:
Learning the meaning of the principles of insurance and applies to everyday situations. Individual contributor representing a step toward positions of more autonomy in account management; works under direct supervision. Performs more routine responsibilities and are primary points of contact for the clients they oversee. Supports and informs coverage strategy and plan. Work with simpler or less demanding clients. Required to obtain the necessary insurance license(s).
Responsibilities:

Retrieve documents from carrier website when needed for advisor: renewal decs, new policies, rewrites, endorsements, appraisals/ inspections and attach in EPIC/create activity per workflow.

Process auto change requests from start to finish including dealer calls, issue ID cards and binders, process change on carrier website and in AMS and follow up for paperwork.

Billing inquiries: Call carrier or access website to check on payment status or answer billing questions. Provide response to advisor; advisor responsible to speak to Insured.

Take client payments when necessary.

Mortgagee calls/emails/faxes for changes.

Issue Evidence of Property Insurance and Certificates of Liability Insurance.

Handle DMV suspension letters.

Quote changes as requested by advisor and attach email to advisor with same to activity in EPIC.

Prepare and review submission specifications in coordination with Advisor.

Assist in Summary of Insurance and Proposal Presentations for Advisors.

Other specific duties as requested by management.
Requirements:

EPIC, Word, Excel, Outlook
Education/Experience:

1 - 3 plus years prior experience in personal lines insurance

Licensed in P&C

Pay Details:
Annual Salary: $55,000 - $85,000
