What you'll be doing
- Assist in managing and organizing Managing Director daily operation
- Support in non operational procurement process
- Follow up and maintain general office requirement contracts
- Analyze data, prepare/generate reports and slides for meetings/conference calls
- Taking meetings/conference call minutes
- Organizing meetings, conference calls and business trips for Managing Director
- Maintain office business trip organizations and manage visa processes
- Plan and coordinate logistical arrangements for the arrival of overseas guests
- Prepare and handle sensitive and confidential documents
- Keeping the office in order and support in the administrative functions of the office
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent with Office Management and Assistant for High Level Management
- 3-5 years of working experience in Personal Assistant to Senior Management Roles
- Good level of English in both spoken and written English for liaison with Management
- Proficient in MS office (excel /powerpoint)
- Positive attitude with an innovative approach towards tasks assigned to you, as well as energy and enthusiasm to work the impossible
- Passionate about the job you are doing
- Organized, Rigorous approach to each task and service oriented
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Collaborative and able to work in diverse culture environment and with different departments
- Maintain confidentiality
- Strive well under stress
Skills Required
- Degree or equivalent in Office Management or related field
- 3-5 years experience as Personal Assistant to Senior Management
- Good spoken and written English
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience organizing meetings, conference calls, and business travel
- Experience managing visa processes and travel logistics
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports and meeting slides
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, service-oriented, able to maintain confidentiality and work under stress
- Residence within Bahçeşehir, Esenkent, Beylikduzu, Avcılar (preferred)
