This position serves as a key point of contact for communications, inquiries, and day-to-day coordination. Your Impact as a Personal AssistantIn this role, you will:
- Serve as the Point Person: Act as the "one-stop" contact for complaints, problems, and inquiries, resolving them promptly, professionally, and efficiently.
- Manage Communications: Handle verbal and written correspondence, diffusing difficult conversations with professionalism and tact.
- Document and Report: Provide written summaries of communication contacts to required team members and leadership.
- Support Community Relations: Apply marketing and community relations knowledge, including familiarity with the healthcare industry, to represent Gary Blake effectively.
- Deliver Customer Service: Assess needs, meet quality standards, and evaluate satisfaction across all interactions.
- Handle Administrative Tasks: Manage word processing, file and records organization, transcription, form design, and other office procedures.
- Work Independently: Complete assigned work effectively with minimal oversight.
