All about the role:
Performance Test Engineer for Dish care supports Dishwasher products performance testing according to International and Nation standards regarding market requirements. He or she also does evaluate/analysis test results and reporting.
What you’ll do:
- Prepares and executes laboratory activities related to the evaluation of appliances, in terms of performance testing.
- Actively participates in the development of new projects.
- Works autonomously, following established procedures and guidelines to contribute to improvement.
- Solves a range of straightforward to complex problems.
- Interacts with cross-functional teams, shares knowledge.
- Broadens competence in own area; still acquires higher level skills.
- Receives moderate guidance and direction in own area of knowledge.
- Prioritizes and organizes own work to deliver to agreed deadlines.
- Applies knowledge/skills to a variety of standard day to day activities.
- Identifies and solves problems in straightforward situations; generates possible solutions, analyzes each using standard procedures.
- Contributes actively in team activities, sharing experience and ideas.
- Builds productive relationships within and outside of own team.
- Quality Management according to ISO/IEC 17025.
- Coaching team to solve the problems with strategic thinking together with sense of urgency.
- Support Cost reduction and Quality improvement activities.
- Support Consumer Magazines activities.
- Coordinate with Global laboratory for equipment, test procedures, test manual, capability and competence.
- Cleaning & Drying Technology Laboratory facilities and equipment’s control.
- Cleaning & Drying Technology Laboratory capabilities and improvement planning.
Who You Are
- University degree or equivalent through acquired technical knowledge. Electronic/Electrical/Industrial/Chemical Engineering.
- 3-5 years’ experience in International and National standard for household appliances. Dishwasher/Washing machine/Tumbler Dryer or etc.
- Experience in EN//IEC 60436, ISO/IEC 17025.
- Experience in Test Equipment and Data Acquisition.
- Analytical and problem solving skilled.
- Strong English communication ability (both written and spoken).
- Fluent in MS Excel/Word/Power Point/Project.
