As we scale our impact, we're looking for a dynamic, and first, Performance Marketing Specialist who can drive customer acquisition through data-driven digital campaigns that feed seamlessly into our AI-powered sales conversations..
Role Summary
We are hiring a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist who will have a combination of internal marketing and client marketing responsibilities - executing for client marketing programs and supporting Lahzo’s own demand generation.
You will:
- Translate winning strategies into repeatable client playbooks.
- Prove what works using our own marketing as the test lab.
- Manage and optimize our clients' META and Google and find ways of optimizing these to our agents.
- Support and expand our marketing operations autonomous platform.
- Be the connective tissue between media, AI agents, attribution, and sales outcomes.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Client Marketing Execution
You strategize, plan, execute, and communicate client marketing campaigns.
This means:
- Bringing activation ideas, channel strategy, and campaign concepts to client accounts
- Advising on media mix decisions (traditional vs display vs CTV vs agent-driven)
- Executing and optimizing campaigns leveraging AI automations and hands-on skills
- Translating internal learnings into client-ready frameworks and recommendations
- Partnering with Account, Sales, Product, and Data teams to improve outcomes
- Elevating the sophistication of client marketing without adding complexity
2. Performance, Attribution & Optimization
This role is grounded in measurable impact, not vibes.
You will:
- Analyze campaign and funnel performance across channels
- Use attribution modeling to understand what actually drives outcomes
- Optimize channel mix, creative, and sequencing based on real behavior
- Partner with Analytics to ensure tracking, dashboards, and reporting are airtight
- Evangelize attribution-first thinking internally and externally
3. AI-First Experimentation & Innovation
Lahzo’s marketing is an AI incubator.
You will:
- Use AI tools to move faster and smarter
- Test new acquisition channels, formats, and tactics
- Explore automation opportunities across marketing workflows
- Help shape how Lahzo’s AI agents evolve based on real-world usage
- Stay ahead of what is and isn’t working in modern demand gen4
Who You Are
Required Experience
- 3+ years in performance marketing, demand generation, or growth
- Hands-on experience across paid media, funnels, CRO, and attribution
- Strong analytical instincts; able to turn data into decisions
- Builder mindset — you like starting from zero and iterating fast
Preferred Experience
- Background in ad tech, SaaS, or AI-driven platforms
- Experience marketing to RV, Automotive, Marine, Industrial, or Healthcare
- Familiarity with programmatic, CTV, and advanced targeting
- Familiarity with META, Google and other demand gen platforms
- Exposure to AI-driven marketing or sales tools
- Ability to influence without direct authority
