Picnic is looking for an early career Performance Marketing Specialist with a passion for digital marketing and data-driven growth. If you’re excited to learn how to run app campaigns, optimize performance, and drive real results, this is your chance to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing scale-up in the grocery industry. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you’ll work closely with our experienced Acquisition team and contribute to exciting projects.
Tricks of the trade- Run campaigns: Assisting in setting up and managing campaigns on Meta, TikTok and Google Ads.
- Analyze campaign performance: Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance using tools like Adjust and Tableau to optimize results.
- Close collaboration: Working with our creative team to develop engaging ad content.
- Learn and grow: Keeping up with industry trends and learning best practices in mobile growth marketing.
- MSc. degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
- 1-2 years of hands-on performance marketing or mobile app user acquisition experience
- Strong analytical mindset with an interest in working with data and performance metrics. Excellent in using Google Sheets, Excel or any other data tool to analyze and present insights
- Eager to learn about Google Ads, Meta and TikTok ads
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong affinity in the mobile app industry
- Professional fluency in English is required, proficiency in Dutch, German or French is a plus
- Eligible to work in the Netherlands
