Entain is one of the world’s leading sports betting and gaming groups. We are building a new Performance Marketing Growth Group in Tel Aviv to support our global Performance Marketing business units.
We are looking for a hands-on, technically strong Solutions Manager who thrives in complexity and takes full ownership. This is not a coordination role - it is a sleeves-rolled-up position for someone who enjoys diving deep into data, systems and production environments to make things work properly.

Responsibilities- Owning the integrity, accuracy and reliability of performance marketing data end-to-end.
- Leading production incident investigations across paid media tracking, from detection through root cause analysis to resolution.
- Working directly with developers and data teams to diagnose issues across client-side and backend events.
- Managing and improving tracking infrastructure across GA4, GTM, CAPI, postbacks, pixels and platform integrations (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic).
- Writing clear working protocols, BI sprint plans and structured documentation to ensure scalable processes.
- Driving continuous improvement in measurement, attribution and reporting frameworks.
- Using SQL and Snowflake to analyse large datasets, identify anomalies and validate performance data.
- Defining measurable delivery standards and ensuring projects are completed accurately and on time.
- Acting as a trusted problem-solver across marketing, analytics and product teams.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.

We are specifically looking for someone who:
- Has 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or marketing technology environments - ideally in sports betting, gaming, casino, or a similar high-scale digital environment.
- Has strong hands-on SQL skills and real experience working with Snowflake and large data environments.
- Understands tracking infrastructure in depth - including postbacks, pixels, server-side tracking and attribution logic.
- Has worked closely with developers and feels confident discussing APIs, backend events and data flows.
- Has experience managing sprints or structured delivery processes and writing clear technical protocols.
- Thinks in solutions, not in problems and is comfortable working when things are not fully defined, turning them into practical, efficient and validated outcomes.
- Is naturally curious, detail-oriented and unwilling to “leave things almost right”.
- Measures delivery, owns accountability and pushes for continuous optimisation.
