About the roleWe’re looking for someone who thrives in uncertainty, embraces challenges, and executes relentlessly. This role is for a go-getter with the vision to grow alongside the company, taking ownership of tasks while adapting to ever-changing strategies and market conditions.
You’ll work closely with technical and commercial teams, contributing to the evolution of our leading spend management product. While prior experience in a growth role is helpful, what truly matters is your drive to experiment, take initiative, and deliver results, even when it means rolling up your sleeves for the occasional mundane tasks.
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to maximize lead generation, brand awareness, and website traffic.
- Own and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta to hit key growth KPIs.
- Craft compelling ad creatives and messaging with a strong focus on A/B testing for higher CTRs and conversions.
- Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring resources are allocated for maximum ROI.
- Leverage analytics and data insights to fine-tune targeting, audience segmentation, and bid strategies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, testing new channels, formats, and campaign innovations.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create high-converting landing pages and campaign assets.
- Implement tracking mechanisms for conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and reporting performance insights.
