We’re looking for an Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid acquisition strategy across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta — with opportunities to expand into emerging platforms. This is a highly hands-on role with direct impact on global pipeline growth. You’ll be the in-house expert for paid performance, collaborating with marketing, sales, and RevOps to drive measurable business outcomes.

What you’ll do

  • Own end-to-end campaign management on Google, LinkedIn, and Meta — from audience strategy and creative testing to budget allocation and reporting.
  • Manage and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs): user acquisition, conversion rate, CAC, LTV, and ROI at a global scale.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools for campaign optimization, segmentation, and creative iteration.
  • Build a data-first approach to reporting, forecasting, and insights, working closely with analytics and product data teams.
  • Test and scale new platforms and channels to unlock future growth opportunities.
  • Partner with growth, sales, RevOps, and product teams to ensure acquisition strategy is tightly aligned with company goals.

Requirements
  • Proven track record managing paid acquisition campaigns at scale, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads Manager; strong experience with Google Ads search campaigns.
  • Experience running multi-region campaigns; familiarity with other platforms (TikTok, X/Twitter, etc.) is a plus.
  • Data-driven mindset with advanced analytical skills and ability to translate insights into action.
