As a Data Tech Lead you will architect and own the pipelines that power our SaaS platform. Your code ships products and features that customers use directly.
What You’ll Actually Do:
- Build and maintain both streaming and batch data infra. Our stack includes Spark, Kafka, Airflow and is open for your ideas.
- Integrate and scale LLMs, real AI/ML features, and next-gen recommendations. These are not R&D slideware; they are in production.
- Solve at scale. Handle petabytes ingested, millisecond latency and thousands of customers using your work every day.
- Collaborate with tight-knit teams. Engineers, product, AI/ML and DevOps work together. Everyone owns their work, moves fast and speaks up.
- Guide technical direction, review architecture, and influence what we build next.
