Own performance marketing across the brand portfolio — driving profitable growth through paid media, creative testing, and AI-led workflows, with direct accountability for revenue, ROAS, and customer acquisition efficiency.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy and execution across all portfolio brands, with direct accountability for revenue, ROAS, CAC, and contribution margin.
- Plan, deploy, and optimise paid media budgets across Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, and emerging channels.
- Drive full-funnel acquisition and retention for eCommerce brands, with a strong focus on fashion and lifestyle categories.
- Build and lead the creative testing engine — partnering with the Creative Production team to ship high-velocity ad concepts and iterate based on performance data.
- Embed AI tools across the performance workflow: creative generation, copy variants, audience research, bid strategy analysis, reporting automation, and competitive intelligence.
- Own the measurement stack — attribution, incrementality testing, MER tracking, and dashboarding — and drive decisions from clean data rather than platform-reported numbers alone.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing performance marketing team across channels and brands.
- Manage agency and vendor relationships where external partners are engaged, holding them to clear performance benchmarks.
- Partner with eCommerce Operations on landing pages, CRO, merchandising, and promotional calendars to improve conversion and AOV.
- Translate business priorities from the US leadership team into channel-level plans, budgets, and measurable outcomes.
- Establish SOPs, testing frameworks, KPI dashboards, and reporting cadences that make performance repeatable across brands.
- Forecast spend and revenue by brand and channel, and manage budget allocation for maximum blended efficiency.
- Stay ahead of platform changes, privacy shifts, and category trends, and adapt strategy proactively.
- Serve as the primary performance marketing partner to the Founder and Chief of Staff, providing regular business updates, insights, and recommendations.
- Champion a culture of experimentation, ownership, and speed within the team.
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or paid media, with significant time spent on eCommerce brands.
- Deep, hands-on expertise across Meta and Google Ads, with proven ownership of multi-crore/multi-million dollar annual budgets.
- Strong understanding of the fashion and apparel category — catalogue dynamics, seasonality, returns, repeat purchase behaviour, and creative expectations.
- Experience across both a performance marketing agency and an in-house brand environment strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated AI-native working style — actively using AI tools in daily performance, creative, and analytics workflows, not just experimenting with them.
- Strong analytical capability with fluency in attribution models, cohort analysis, LTV:CAC, and blended ROAS.
- Experience hiring, managing, and developing performance marketing talent.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with global teams, including overlap with US Pacific hours.
