Retail Media & Connected Commerce
Lead the end-to-end retail media strategy across e-commerce platforms, driving full-funnel growth, market share acceleration, new user acquisition and premiumization in partnership with the agency and retailer ecosystems.
Architect data-led campaign frameworks across search, display and platform activations, aligning investments to category moments, business priorities and commercial outcomes.
Ensure seamless integration of brand and commerce media, enabling consistent brand storytelling and synchronized go-live execution across top, mid and lower funnel touchpoints.
Drive best-in-class NPD launch frameworks with scaled visibility, conversion efficiency and velocity achievement across key marketplaces.
Partner with brand teams to optimize creative effectiveness, content relevance and retail media efficiencies across the shopper journey.
Measurement, Analytics & Growth Intelligence
Own the performance measurement ecosystem across retail media and commerce marketing, driving actionable insights through full-funnel reporting, attribution and ROI optimization.
Establish strategic KPI frameworks linking media investments to business outcomes including share growth, penetration, premium mix and profitability.
Leverage advanced analytics, retailer data and AI-enabled optimization tools to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and decision-making.
Perfect Digital Store (PDS) Excellence
Lead the Perfect Digital Store agenda to enhance digital shelf competitiveness, discoverability, conversion and content quality across all retailer platforms.
Own CARS score governance and performance management in collaboration with global connected commerce teams.
Drive best-in-class product content strategy including PDP optimization, A+ content, Brand Stores and automated content governance.
Utilize AI-led content intelligence and image optimization platforms such as Vizit to improve digital shelf effectiveness and shopper conversion.
Ensure catalogue excellence through rigorous governance of product data, SEO optimization, taxonomy accuracy and retailer compliance standards.
Lead on-time and high-quality NPD cataloguing, listings and renovation deployments across all key retailers.
Commerce Technology & Capability Enablement
Drive strategic utilization of commerce intelligence and optimization platforms including Amazon Pi, Blinkit BI, Zepto Atom, Gobblecube, AMC, SKAI/PacVue, Helium10, Sprinklr and retailer-native dashboards to unlock scalable growth opportunities.
Build integrated dashboards and decision-support systems to improve visibility, agility and performance governance across retail media and PDS.
Strategic Agency & Partner Management
Act as the strategic lead for agency and platform partnerships across retail media, content and digital shelf management.
Lead commercial governance, capability enhancement and innovation roadmaps with key technology and service partners.
Commercial & Budget Leadership
Own the channel A&CP strategy and investment governance, ensuring optimal allocation of spends across retailers, brands, activities and growth priorities.
Drive financial rigor through forecasting, phasing, ROI tracking, provisioning and cross-functional alignment with finance stakeholders.
Balance growth acceleration with media productivity and investment efficiency objectives.
Cross-functional & External Stakeholder Leadership
Partner closely with e-commerce sales, NKAMs and channel leadership to align commerce marketing priorities with retailer growth agendas.
Build strategic relationships with retailer category, media, experience and catalogue teams to unlock joint business growth opportunities.
Collaborate with global connected commerce teams to drive innovation, scale best practices and position India as a benchmark market within the global ecosystem.
Team Leadership & Capability Building
Lead and develop a high-performing commerce marketing organization across retail media, digital shelf and content excellence.
Build future-ready capabilities through structured development plans, coaching, succession planning and performance management.
