Micron Commercial Products Group (CPG) is a division of Micron, one of the world’s largest memory and flash storage manufacturers. Based out of Meridian, Idaho with more international locations, the CPG marketing department provides support for Micron and Crucial branded products selling to large channel partners and advise via the crucial.com website where it has a strong presence in North America, Europe, and Asia.

We are recruiting for an exciting position within our E-Tail Performance Marketing team. The Performance Marketing Manager for E-tail is responsible for driving CPG digital marketing activity with key e-tail partners such as Amazon – Flipkart while working directly with our marketing agencies, sales, and channel marketing teams in Europe, India, and Asia. As a primary source of truth for the group’s digital activity in the e-tail space, this role is critical to maximizing return from our advertising investment. An analytical thinking, data-driven approach, challenging the status quo, passion for growing revenue, ability to drive ROI and effective communicator are critical to this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage digital marketing campaigns for Amazon Europe-India & our India e-tail partners end-to-end: Including building ad campaigns, optimize tactics, support product launches, develop marketing plans for promotions, audit-implement creative, budgeting, and drive execution of the program through to completion. ​
  • Work with product marketing team product launches, competitive position, and inventory. Ability to communicate go to market strategies and product positioning to ​agencies.
  • Collaborate with regional sales & channel marketing to develop budget plans, monitor product forecasts and sales. ​
  • Collaborate with our marketing agency to manage our Display-search-SEO advertising campaigns on Amazon ​and Flipkart.
  • Utilize our internal reporting and Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) platform to create, manage, update, optimize and supervise campaigns results.
  • Work with third party analytics tools to lead and optimize accounts, as well as implement new features. ​
  • Manage, monitor, and optimize budget to reach our ROI goals. ​
  • Monitor market trends, reporting back to the team and leadership where appropriate on any changes. ​
  • Analyze competitor spend types and tactics. ​

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree relevant in Marketing, Communication, or related field in Business
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or E-tail marketing. Familiarity with Amazon advertising programs, specifically display and search.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication skills to provide insight into market trends, advertising results and provide monthly-quarterly updates at an executive level.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, lead multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within specified deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience and understanding of marketing analytics, ability to analyze data and interpret insights, data-first mindset.
  • Consistently leverages data, analytics, insights, and metrics to propel ROI and execute compelling marketing campaigns that deliver measurable impact.
  • An ability to build and foster positive working relationships with cross-functional marketing teams to achieve goals/results.
  • An understanding of the different regional marketing channels and how to best connect with our customers in each region.
  • A self-starter and team player that is process-driven and quality-oriented with attention to detail.
