We’re looking for a hands-on Performance Manager to own and scale our paid acquisition across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and other relevant channels. You’ll take ownership of campaign performance - from planning and execution through optimization, experimentation and budget allocation.

This is a role for someone who combines strong performance marketing expertise with commercial judgment and a sharp eye for creative. You’ll use campaign and business data to understand what’s working, identify opportunities and decide where we should invest next. You’ll work closely with our Data team, using attribution, revenue and pipeline insights to inform your decisions while owning end-to-end the performance strategy and recommendations.

You’ll also partner closely with a Performance Designer, shaping creative strategy, defining the angles we want to test and giving clear feedback on campaign assets.

The goal is simple: continuously find better ways to acquire customers and confidently scale what works.

What you’ll do:

  • Own and run paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other relevant channels, from setup through day-to-day execution and optimization.

  • Plan, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns targeting B2B SaaS buyers across SMB and Mid-Market segments.

  • Manage budget allocation across channels based on business performance, expected ROI and growth opportunities.

  • Continuously improve campaign performance by optimizing bids, audiences, keywords, placements, targeting and budget distribution.

  • Design and prioritize experiments across campaigns, creatives, landing pages, audiences, bidding strategies and new acquisition channels.

  • Analyze campaign performance using marketing platform data together with backend business metrics to understand what drives customer acquisition.

  • Translate performance data into clear recommendations and influence investment decisions across channels.

  • Write ad copy, prepare creative briefs and work closely with the Design team to develop and iterate high-performing creative assets.

  • Partner with Analytics to improve attribution, reporting, and data quality, ensuring campaign decisions are based on reliable business metrics.

  • Monitor the full acquisition funnel and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and acquisition efficiency.

  • Present performance insights, experiment results, and budget recommendations to marketing leadership.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • In-house experience managing performance marketing for a B2B SaaS or technology company.

  • Strong practical experience with Google Ads and Meta and a track record of scaling paid acquisition while keeping efficiency under control.

  • Experience managing meaningful marketing budgets and making investment decisions based on business impact rather than platform metrics alone.

  • Strong understanding of performance metrics such as CAC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, LTV and pipeline contribution.

  • A strong understanding of performance creative - you can identify promising angles, write effective ad copy, and create actionable briefs

  • Confidence working with data from advertising platforms together with reporting tools and analytics systems.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect marketing performance to business outcomes.

  • Proficient English. Ability to communicate confidently with an international team and write clear, compelling ad copy and creative briefs.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with attribution tools, BigQuery or modern marketing analytics stacks.

  • Familiarity with AI products or PLG SaaS businesses.

  • Experience acquiring customers across multiple international markets.

Not a fit:

  • This role is not for people coming from an agency background.

What success looks like:

In this role, you'll make decisions that directly influence customer acquisition and marketing efficiency. Success means continuously improving campaign performance, identifying new growth opportunities, making smart budget allocation decisions and using data to explain both results and future recommendations.

We would like to offer you:

  • Remote work model with flexible hours or hybrid model from our Warsaw office

  • 26 days off guaranteed in a year.

  • Great development opportunities – company-supported courses and conferences.

  • Individual work tools—MacBook, Dell screen, JBL headphones? You can tailor the equipment to your needs!

  • Sport & wellness benefit (or its equivalent).

  • Private medical care.

  • Mental well-being program.

  • Free access to one of the most popular e-book/audiobook services.

  • Regular social events.

  • Budget for 1:1 English language classes.

  • Video call with a recruiter about the position and the team.

  • Meeting the Hiring Manager (Chief of Staff)

  • Task

  • Final Interview with the Hiring Manager and Chief Strategy Officer

  • Offer and fireworks 🎉
