About the Role

The Performance Insights & Automation Analyst will transform operational data into strategic assets by architecting automated reporting systems and providing deep-dive analytics.

This role serves as the primary engine for high-agility business intelligence, handling ad-hoc and real-time reporting and leveraging AI-driven insights to eliminate manual dependencies and drive high-level intelligence for the Shared Services team.

What You'll Do

  • Reporting Automation & AI Analytics: Architect and maintain automated data pipelines using SQL and BI tools (Looker/Snowflake). Integrate AI analytics for the WFM team, utilizing tools such as Gemini to generate automated reports and synthesized insights.

  • Ad Hoc & BAU Operational Support: Provide dedicated reporting support for pilots, experiments, dialer adjustments, and new campaigns (outside the scope of Global CCR Analytics)

  • Deep-Dive Analytics: Conduct weekly and monthly performance "deep dives" to identify trends in recovery rates, connect rates, and agent efficiency, providing actionable insights to leadership.

  • Performance Forecasting: Support long-range planning by building predictive models that estimate staffing needs based on marketing spend, historical trends, and collection targets.

  • Efficiency Projects: Lead data-driven initiatives to reduce manual reporting time for operational leads, enabling them to spend more time on high-value coaching.

  • Visualization Development: Design intuitive, self-service dashboards that allow Site Directors to monitor real-time and historical performance at a glance.

  • Data Governance: Establish and maintain a "Single Source of Truth" by standardizing metric definitions and ensuring data consistency across all operational dashboards.

What You'll Need

  • Technical Mastery: Advanced SQL proficiency and extensive experience with BI tools such as Looker, Snowflake, or Tableau.

  • AI & Prompt Engineering: Familiarity with leveraging Generative AI (e.g., Gemini) for data synthesis and automated report generation.

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to synthesize complex datasets into clear, high-impact business recommendations.

  • Data Visualization: Skill in designing intuitive dashboards that communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Our vision is to build a new financial ecosystem where everyone can participate on equal footing and access the tools they need to be financially healthy. We strongly believe that inclusion fosters innovation and we’re proud to have a diverse global team that represents a multitude of backgrounds, cultures, and experience. We hire talented people regardless of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, gender expression, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
