This role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Performance Enablement Program Manager. At HPE, the Performance Enablement function plays a pivotal role in developing performance strategies, philosophy, and frameworks, as well as designing and implementing performance processes that foster a high-performance culture. These end-to-end processes include Bold Goal setting, Performance Snapshots, Feedback, My Success Plan conversations, People Leader Effectiveness Survey, Annual Performance Evaluations, Performance Differentiation, and Performance and Rewards conversations. The goal is to create a thriving work environment where team members feel engaged to perform at their best and have the opportunity to grow their careers.

Responsibilities:

  • Applies subject matter expertise to drive the execution of Performance programs. Collaborates with HR business partners and the people care team to ensure the program meets business needs.
  • Owns and manages the Perform at Your Best webpage on the Career Hub website.
  • Assist project managers and partner with the SDXI team in managing UAT and developing test cases for each performance enablement cycle.
  • Provide guidance to stakeholders on performance enablement processes, tools, and materials, as needed.
  • Owns and manages the My Success Plan, My Team, my Organization portal.
  • Prepare presentation deck and facilitate meetings with stakeholders.
  • Support project managers on collaterals, basis analysis, and continuous improvement projects. as required.
  • Provide daily operational support for the Performance Enablement PMO with daily operations.
  • Assist the performance team in conducting research as needed.

Education and Experience Required:

  • First level university degree.
  • Typically 3-5 years of experience in Talent Management, HR or project management.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Good project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate well with people of different personalities and backgrounds
  • Being agile and able to manage complex situations as issues arise
  • Demonstrate HPE Beliefs and Behaviors - "Obsess over the Customers" and "Yes We Can" attitude.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills - written and verbal

The expected salary/wage range for a U.S.-based hire filling this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. USD Annual Salary: $66,500.00 - $152,500.00
