A creative mind with a performance-driven approach. You know how to design content that not only looks great but works — catching attention, driving clicks, and converting audiences across global markets. You’re comfortable working hands-on with ad creatives, testing new formats, and collaborating closely with marketing and analytics teams to push creative boundaries while meeting performance goals.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Develop and produce high-performing ad creatives for Paid Social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Translate marketing strategies and performance insights into engaging, conversion-focused visuals and concepts
  • Collaborate with performance marketers, copywriters, and data analysts to iterate and test new creative directions
  • Analyze creative performance data and apply learnings to future campaigns
  • Stay up to date on digital trends, audience behaviors, and platform best practices to ensure creative excellence
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining consistency, quality, and speed

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE

  • 3+ years of experience in performance-driven creative production for Paid Social campaigns
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating work that delivered measurable results (CTR, CVR, ROI improvements)
  • Hands-on experience designing for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other major platforms
  • Solid understanding of performance metrics and how creative impacts them
  • Proficiency in design and motion tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, any AI video production tool)
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams — from marketing to analytics
  • Excellent communication skills in English and strong attention to detail
  • A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for blending creativity and data

GROSS SALARY

  • 2400 - 3500 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences
