The Role
Lead end-to-end performance campaigns: shape creative concepts and briefs, align teams (PPC, multimedia, product marketing), steer platform owners across Google, Meta, Reddit, X, Amazon, and DV360, monitor data-driven creative feedback, prioritize high-impact testing, and ensure campaigns meet performance goals.
Summary Generated by Built In

We are looking for a Performance Campaign Specialist who will drive our performance campaigns from idea to impact. You'll own the direction of the work: shaping the creative concept and translating it into a brief that sets our creative teams up to make their best work - and deciding how each campaign comes together to hit its goals.

You will partner closely with our performance, multimedia, copy, and brand teams, setting the standard and steering the work rather than simply coordinating it. You will not be setting up ads inside platforms yourself. Instead, you will guide the platform owners across Google, Meta, Reddit, X, Amazon, and DV360 to bring your campaigns to life exactly as you intend, on time and on brand.

What can you expect?
  • Own the performance of our campaigns end-to-end: from the first concept through to live, high-performing creative. You set the direction, shape the idea, and carry each campaign across the finish line.

  • Own the creative brief. You turn strategy into a clear brief for the Multimedia team, shape messaging and copy with Product Marketing, and build every new campaign on past learnings and platform best practices.

  • Partner in a tight tandem with the Campaign Strategist. They bring the positioning, core narrative and messaging angles; you own how that becomes campaigns and creatives that perform. Together you decide what wins.

  • Drive campaign execution across platforms. Own the campaign lifecycle. You won't set up ads yourself, but you will steer the platform owners (Google, Meta, Reddit, X, Amazon, DV360) to bring your campaigns to life exactly as you intend, on time and on brand.

  • Be the bridge between analytics and creativity. Act as the central hub connecting the PPC team with the teams (Creative, Content, Product Marketing, Brand), keeping everyone aligned, timelines on track, and the work moving around a single, clear direction.

  • Own the creative feedback loop. Monitor campaign data alongside the PPC team, judge what's working creatively, and feed sharp, actionable insights back to creative and product teams to improve every next round.

  • Raise the creative bar. Push testing, challenge weak ideas, and hold every campaign to a higher standard than the last.

  • Prioritize initiatives to maximize business impact. Fewer, sharper campaigns beat scattered effort every time.

What do we expect from you?
  • 4+ years of experience in campaign management, performance marketing, creative strategy, or a similar role bridging performance and creativity.

  • Fluent English (is a must) and Czech/Slovak.

  • Proven project and stakeholder management. Highly organized, able to run multiple campaigns at once, connect diverse teams, and translate performance metrics into creative language.

  • Marketing and communication skills. You know how to make messaging persuasive, on-brand, and right for the audience.

  • Digital platform knowledge. A solid understanding of the major advertising ecosystems (Google, Meta, Reddit, X, DV360), their creative best practices, and technical specs, even though you won't be operating them yourself.

  • Analytical mindset. Comfortable reading campaign data and turning performance metrics into concrete creative improvements.

  • Creative Ownership: The ability to shape clear, inspiring briefs for creative teams while taking full responsibility for a campaign's progress, setting high standards, and proactively removing blockers.

  • Basic AI usage is expected. The ability to use complex prompting (e.g., in Claude) for research, creative ideation, or workflow automation is a massive advantage.

  • A genuine curiosity to learn about the prop-trading industry and our global community (previous experience is a plus, not a must).

  • Prague, Národní třída. Enjoy our modern offices at the Quadrio shopping center, offering beautiful views and excellent accessibility.

  • What if I don’t trade? No worries. We’ll show you what our product is all about and introduce you to the basics of trading.

  • Free fruit, snacks, and coffee are always within reach in the office.

  • How do we promote strong relationships and well-being? Company cottage, team building events, and running club.
