In this role, you will get exposure to a wide range of stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, Commercial, Operations, and transformation teams. We assist our partners in solving their toughest problems, by blending fact-based insights with result-driven improvements. What you will do:
- Drive strategic projects for North America, and equip executive leaders with information and advice to make fact-based decisions.
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Use Microsoft Power Platform to build solutions to problems faced across the organization.
- Develop executive ready reporting, identifying the actionable insights.
- Write and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the globe.
The skills you bring:
- Actively enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's or Master's program in Business or a related field
- A steadfast drive to solve tough problems
- The motivation to learn and constantly improve processes and tools
- The ability to quickly identify root causes by using large data sets
- Consulting skills and the ability to think strategically
- The ability to quickly adapt and pivot in a constantly changing business environment

- Must have at least a 2.7+ GPA on a 4.0 scale or equivalent
- Actively enrolled on a full-time basis at an accredited 4-year college or university at the time of the internship

You might also have:
- Experience with Power BI, Power Query, Power Apps, or data analytics tools
- Experience in Agile, Lean Six Sigma, and change management
- Ability to work as an individual contributor with strong technical skills to deliver coded solutions.
- In-depth technical knowledge and practical understanding in automation, solution building, and AI.
- Ability to collaborate across teams but operate autonomously on given projects or initiatives.
