As a Performance Agreements Manager at Valmet, you will be responsible for overseeing assigned customer accounts and ensuring that service performance is carried out according to the agreement scope and to the customer’s complete satisfaction.
On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for working with customer and Valmet organizations to improve customer’s performance and reliability of their equipment, processes, and personnel.
Your main tasks and responsibilities include:
Life cycle services and step-by-step improvement programs designed to improve and maintain the customer’s competitiveness and profitability throughout the mill operations. These long-term agreements are always tailor-made according to the customer’s needs and set targets.
- Must have Paper Industry, 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience
- Support our Customer's Performance Agreement sales and delivery projects
- Facilitate production line studies & audits to develop efficiency and generate improvement ideas
- Coordinate and introduce Valmet technology support to agreement customer
- Travel - once every 6 weeks within North America
