Travel within territory as needed.

Lead strategic sourcing and supplier development for a global category: manage contracts, drive product and cost strategies, run audits and supplier evaluations, collaborate cross-functionally, support SRM and international deliveries, and execute additional tasks from management.

Lead the service center’s financial, operational, HSE, and quality performance. Manage production scheduling, maintenance, inventory, cost optimization, and Lean/CI initiatives. Build and develop a high‑performing team, ensure compliance with ISO standards, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with cross‑functional and customer stakeholders to deliver safe, efficient, high‑quality workshop services.

Plan and monitor production from sales order to master plan, optimize capacity/materials/quality, identify process and equipment improvements, support preventive maintenance, manage new development projects, coordinate stakeholders to meet delivery, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, productivity, and environmental standards.

Lead DCS application engineering and system integration across project phases: definition, implementation, FAT/SAT, installation, commissioning, documentation, change management, and customer handover while ensuring safety and quality.

Lead sales and development of lifecycle concepts and digital services in China. Bridge technology units, regional sales, and capital project teams to drive service sales, achieve financial targets, manage customer relationships and negotiations, coordinate cross-functional integration, support planning and KPIs, enable local teams through training, and ensure customer experience, profitability, marketing support, and compliance.

Lead daily TRP production operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery and efficiency. Organize schedules, oversee and develop teams, collaborate with quality, and drive continuous improvement in a machinery manufacturing environment.

Lead global spare parts procurement for hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical components. Execute sourcing and purchasing activities, manage purchase orders, price agreements and ERP item data, perform spend analysis, lead supplier negotiations and development, support cost estimation and projects, implement sourcing strategies and CCC sourcing initiatives, optimize inventory and drive cost-saving programs.

Provide technical support to sales and customers for valve and flow-control solutions: prepare quotations, configure systems to specs, resolve order issues, liaise with Product Management, collect customer feedback, and ensure smooth project-to-service transitions.

Lead full lifecycle industrial projects in pulp, energy, and circularity: manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, contracts, risk, and customer relationships. Coordinate procurement, HSE, documentation, site activities, and warranty delivery while reporting performance and ensuring safe execution.

Drive spare parts sales for paper and board machinery in China, identify growth opportunities, gather competitor and market intelligence, train regional sales, support key customer meetings and negotiations, collaborate with product/R&D and stakeholders, and frequently travel domestically.

Manage Lenox location service orders: prepare quotations, enter sales orders, provide RMAs, coordinate customer emergencies with workshop/warehouse, maintain OLB file, follow up on quotes, run weekly kickoff and production meetings, and liaise with project accounting. Travel to other Valmet locations as needed.

Lead technical delivery of Quality Control Systems for paper mills: plan projects, configure systems, run testing and FAT, manage site work and safety, commission sensors, train customers, finalize documentation, and transfer systems to service.

Lead Valmet's chemical pulping product portfolio in China: develop rebuild/upgrade solutions, manage CAP-PDU business, drive quotations/contracts (Compass, LN), coordinate cross-BU and global teams to reduce costs and improve lead times, manage spare parts, engage customers, ensure compliance with quality and safety systems, coach juniors, and travel frequently.

Own sourcing for assigned categories, negotiate prices, maintain ERP item data, collaborate with quality/logistics/engineering, drive cost reduction and inventory optimization, develop supplier relationships, and support sales and cost estimation.

Provide technical sales support and prepare customized quotations for industrial valves and related products. Collaborate with internal teams to produce technical and commercial proposals, follow up on quotations and deliveries, and provide customer technical advice. Support sales targets and profitability while coordinating with Valmet's global network to ensure effective customer support and solution selection.
