Develop reliability processes, monitor maintenance KPIs, evaluate ROI for asset investments, coach maintenance teams, and support planning, spare parts management, and service contracts to maximize asset availability.

Support and improve manufacturing and production processes for gas chromatography analyzers. Design assembly and test fixtures, perform failure analysis and root-cause investigations, submit change requests, update drawings, perform CAD modeling, and collaborate with Production, Quality, R&D, and Field Service to ensure product reliability and hazardous-area compliance.
