Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Technical Developer / Consultant with 8–10 years of strong hands-on experience in PeopleSoft development and enterprise-level implementations.

The ideal candidate should have extensive technical expertise in PeopleSoft 9.2+, PeopleTools 8.55+, PeopleCode, COBOL, SQL, SQR, Integration Broker, and third-party integrations. The role requires close collaboration with both technical and functional teams to design, develop, integrate, troubleshoot, and maintain PeopleSoft solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, enhance, and support solutions using PeopleSoft 9.2+.

  • Work across PeopleSoft modules including:

  • Core HRMS

  • North America (NA) Payroll

  • Benefits

  • Time & Labor

  • Develop and maintain PeopleSoft applications using PeopleTools 8.55+.

  • Build and support integrations between PeopleSoft and third-party systems.

  • Develop and troubleshoot solutions using PeopleCode, COBOL, SQL, and SQR.

  • Work with Integration Broker (IB) and web services for system integrations.

  • Develop and support Application Packages, Approval Workflow Engine (AWE), Fluid UI, WorkCenters, Activity Guides, and Pivot Grids.

  • Perform data analysis and development using Oracle SQL.

  • Work with PeopleSoft tools and utilities including Data Mover, Application Designer, Query Manager, Integration Broker, and Job Scheduling.

  • Participate in enterprise-wide PeopleSoft projects, enhancements, upgrades, and production support activities.

  • Analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

  • Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, business users, and other technical/non-technical stakeholders.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, development standards, and related project documentation.

  • Perform other project-related duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements

  • Background Verification (BGV) will be conducted as part of the onboarding process.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8–10 years of PeopleSoft development experience.

  • Strong hands-on experience with PeopleSoft 9.2+.

  • Experience working with Core HRMS, NA Payroll, Benefits, and Time & Labor.

  • Strong technical knowledge of PeopleTools 8.55+.

  • Strong hands-on experience with:

  • PeopleCode

  • COBOL

  • SQL / Oracle SQL

  • SQR

  • Integration Broker & Web Services

  • Application Packages

Skills Required
