Support a multi-country payroll transformation across EMEA and APAC using PeopleSoft HCM. Analyze and redesign payroll and benefits processes, configure PeopleSoft 9.2, coordinate vendor integrations, perform SQL-based troubleshooting, and collaborate with developers, vendors, and business users. Prepare functional specifications, design documents, test scripts, and test plans, while supporting integration and user acceptance testing, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution.

Supports recruitment, interview scheduling, onboarding and offboarding, employee record maintenance, engagement initiatives, training programs, HR policy updates, research, and administrative support for HR projects. The role provides hands-on exposure to generalist HR functions and HR systems while requiring confidentiality and attention to detail.

Leads enterprise data architecture and strategy, designing scalable Snowflake platforms, ETL/ELT pipelines, data lakes, warehouses, and lakehouses. Establishes standards for modeling, governance, security, quality, lineage, metadata, and performance. Supports AI/ML and generative AI use cases, evaluates emerging technologies, and translates business requirements into technical solutions. Manages and mentors data teams while overseeing resource planning, delivery, risks, escalations, architecture reviews, and implementation across multiple initiatives.

Develop, enhance, integrate, troubleshoot, and support PeopleSoft 9.2+ solutions across Core HRMS, North America Payroll, Benefits, and Time & Labor. Build third-party integrations using Integration Broker and web services, develop with PeopleCode, COBOL, SQL, and SQR, support enterprise upgrades and production issues, analyze root causes, collaborate with technical and functional stakeholders, and maintain technical documentation.

Assists with developing and testing AI/ML models, collecting and preprocessing data, implementing machine learning, NLP, or computer vision algorithms, collaborating on AI-driven solutions, documenting project outcomes, and staying current with AI/ML trends.
