Provide end-to-end SAP IS-U Device Management support, configuration, production troubleshooting, meter reading processing, smart metering integration, and technical master data management. Support integration with Billing, Rate Determination, and FICA; prepare functional specifications; coordinate with ABAP teams; manage testing, incidents, mass activities, and performance tuning. The consultant will also document processes, provide knowledge transfer, and collaborate with onshore stakeholders in an offshore delivery model.

Design and lead enterprise-scale AI, machine learning, and Generative AI solutions from architecture through deployment. Build data pipelines, feature engineering frameworks, RAG applications, AI agents, and LLM-powered systems. Establish MLOps practices for versioning, experimentation, monitoring, and CI/CD. Independently run discovery, scope deliverables, review technical outputs, create SOWs and proposals, present to senior stakeholders, and own delivery outcomes across multiple workstreams.
