Position Overview:
We are looking for a customer service-oriented People Support Associate to provide administrative support for the people's department by engaging with DocGo employees in an efficient, expeditious, and accurate manner. You will be considered as the department’s front-line support, and you will provide collaborative service for the Human Resources employee support ticketing platform. The goal is to make sure that internal customer value is maintained to the standards set forth by the company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Providing first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues on behalf of DocGo’s Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Extended Workforce, Payroll & Benefits departments

Responds to queries received in employee support desk via email within 24 hours

Properly escalating unresolved queries to the next level of support within the department within the support desk platform

Tracking, routing, and redirecting problems to correct resources within the organization

Update employee data and produce activity reports within the department’s employee support desk

Walk employees through problem solving process utilizing templates and resources

Follow up with employees, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution

Adhering to our department’s digital file system, sort and alphabetize files, scan documents, and create new files within the appropriate naming convention, and storage within each employee’s personnel folder

Perform quality checks to ensure all uploaded personnel documents are validated

Ensure all employee documents are sorted and stored properly (by alphabet٫ content٫ dates٫ significance, separate folders, etc.)

Review incoming documents to be filed, audit for completion and file within our designated file

Abide by corporate policies and confidentiality dictations to safeguard data

Create and manage records with new documents in personnel files

Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed employees’ expectations

Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure

Recommend procedure modifications or improvements for employee support desk

Preserve and grow your knowledge of support desk procedures, features, and services
Required Education & Experience:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Proven working experience in providing employee support or Human Resources administrative services

Working knowledge of support desk software, employee databases, and Microsoft 365 suite
