Position Overview:
We are looking for a customer service-oriented People Support Associate to provide administrative support for our Extended Workforce team by engaging with agency staff and internal stakeholders in an efficient, expeditious, and accurate manner. You will be considered as the department’s front-line support, and you will provide collaborative service for the People department’s employee support ticketing platform, onboarding functions, and other life-cycle matters. The goal is to make sure that internal customer value is maintained to the standards set forth by the company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Providing first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues on behalf of DocGo’s Extended Workforce division of the People department

Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels as well as maintaining regular communication with agency partners and upkeep of candidate submission pipelines

Primarily facilitate Pre-Hire & On-Boarding experience including the pre-employment screening process for new extended workforce hires via our vendor management system ensuring all required credentials, screening, and background checks are verified and valid to work on our respective DocGo projects

Responds to queries received in employee support desk via email within 24 hours

Properly escalating unresolved queries to the next level of support within the department within the support desk platform

Tracking, routing, and redirecting problems to correct resources within the organization

Update employee data and produce activity reports within the department’s employee support desk

Walk employees through problem solving process utilizing templates and resources

Follow up with employees, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution

Perform quality checks to ensure all uploaded extended workforce personnel documents are validated within the vendor management system

Ensure all employee documents are sorted and stored properly (by alphabet٫ content٫ dates٫ significance, separate folders, etc.)

Abide by company policies, our Extended Workforce guide, and confidentiality dictations to safeguard data

Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed employees’ expectations

Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure

Recommend procedure modifications or improvements for employee support desk

Preserve and grow your knowledge of Extended Workforce procedures and services

Perform other duties as assigned
Required Education & Experience:

High School Diploma or Equivalent, Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

Proven working experience in providing employee support or Human Resources administrative services

Working knowledge of support desk software, employee databases, and Microsoft 365 suite
