The HRTS Analyst of Innovation and Partnerships for HR Technology will explore new capabilities, enhance HR through market research and industry partnerships. Key Responsibilities:
- Explore new capabilities to enhance and enable HR through proactive market research and the establishment of active industry partnerships.
- Support piloting of new programs and initiatives, assessing their viability and impact on HR functions.
- Partners with technology enablement teams to ensure HR is at the forefront of emerging technologies and capabilities, contributing to strategic planning and implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate innovative solutions and technologies into HR processes, ensuring a holistic approach to technology enablement.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within HR Technology, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices in innovation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline (Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics or Human resources). The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as 4 years' experience in a related field.
- Requires strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite products
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, presentation, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization
Preferred Qualifications:
- If new to workforce, we prefer someone located in the Atlanta metro area.
USD 23.17 - 34.81 per hour
Compensation:
Hourly base pay rate is $23.17 - $34.81/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Benefits:
Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
