We are seeking a passionate and skilled People Partner to join our team in Manila.

As a People Partner at Guesty, you’ll lead HR operations for our Manila site (~40 employees), managing end-to-end processes while acting as a trusted advisor to managers on policies and employee relations. You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, labor law compliance, and a thriving workplace culture.
Work Model: This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in the office per week (with flexibility for more as needed). Please note that daily on-site attendance is required during the initial onboarding period.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational psychology, or a related field.
- 6+ years of proven experience in operational HR/People Partner roles in fast-paced or global environments. Experience in startups, tech, or BPOs is highly relevant.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and Philippine labor laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to act independently, multitask, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of coaching and supporting managers.
- HR certification (PHR/SPHR) is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
