Job Responsibilities

  • Provide support to People Partner Team and assigned Business Units.
  • Develop an understanding of key business drivers and work closely with the People Partner Team and CPO by evaluating employee feedback to design people focused programming to enable business objectives.
  • Create and maintain partnerships with People Partner Team and broader People Org to support efforts to implement strategies.
  • Reporting and analytics based on firm needs and driving insights using HRIS data, engagement software and other employee surveys.
  • Handle employee inquiries, identify needs and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and regulations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities and assess improvements to the employee experience journey and partner with the People Partner Team to develop and implement innovative and lasting solutions.
  • Ensure employee inquiries are answered and/or properly routed in a timely manner.
  • Support any other special projects as needed.
  • Assisting in addressing and identifying employee relations issues and recommending interventions and solutions.


  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive People Operations/Human Resources experience
  • Experience with employee lifecycle
  • Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Experience working on projects focused on the enhancement of the employee journey through process improvements, automation, data & insights
  • Proven planning and organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Maintains a high degree of professionalism and act with integrity and confidentiality
  • Works independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Requirements

  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM certification preferred.
  • Professional Services Experience

We are required employers to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings in California, Colorado, and New York. Compensation Range for this position: $87,000 - $120,000. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
