Office & Workplace Operations Responsibilities
- Manage office supply inventory (snacks, beverages, paper goods, kitchen supplies)
- Maintain vendor relationships (cleaning services, building management, repair vendors)
- Serve as point of contact for building management and facilities issues
- Welcome guests and candidates, ensuring a professional in-office experience
- Oversee shipping, deliveries, and office mail
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics end to end
- Manage employee changes, documentation, and record updates
- Ensure a smooth and consistent employee experience at every stage
- Maintain HRIS accuracy and data integrity
- Process employee updates and reporting requests
- Support audits, documentation, and compliance tracking
- Support logistics for engagement initiatives and company programs
- Assist in planning internal events, offsites, and culture moments
- Help operationalize performance review cycles and surveys
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows
- Recommend operational improvements
- Help build scalable People infrastructure as we grow
- 2–4 years of experience in People Ops, EA support, Recruiting Coordination, or similar operational roles
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfort managing multiple workflows simultaneously
- Experience working in HR systems (HRIS, ATS, benefits platforms)
- High discretion handling confidential information
- Clear written and verbal communication
- A systems mindset — you like making things run better
