About the role

As a member of our People Operations team, you will be responsible for shaping our employee experience and driving initiatives to foster an inclusive, people-first company culture.

What you will do:
  • Create and manage employee life cycle process related documents such as SOPs, FAQs to build amazing employee experience across the organization

  • Responsible for monthly Payroll Analytics and other HR metrics reporting at the organization level

  • Facilitate Audit related queries and follow-up on observations and closure

  • Provide high touch support to team members by responding to questions quickly and with a friendly and helpful approach

  • Own and manage end-to-end Background Verification (BGV) processes for new joiners, including initiation, tracking, discrepancy management, and timely closure

  • Manage BGV reverification and employment verification requests in accordance with organizational processes and compliance requirements

  • Maintain BGV records, trackers, and reports to ensure accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness.

What you will need:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with specialization in HR field

  • 1 to 2 years of experience as an HR professional

  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Hands-on experience in Excel and MS Office.

  • Ownership and accountability for problem solving during the time of need

Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with specialization in Human Resources
  • 1 to 2 years of experience as an HR professional
