Manage and support the organization’s end-user technology environment across Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, mobile devices, endpoint management, security, and networking. Provide L2/L3 troubleshooting, administer MDM and security tools, manage incidents, requests, changes, SLAs, vendors, and escalations, and coordinate with security, identity, network, infrastructure, application, and vendor teams. Drive recurring-issue resolution, documentation, knowledge-base content, standard operating procedures, and endpoint standards.

Support user research, problem identification, product solution development, roadmap prioritization, cross-functional execution, and iterative product improvements. Mentor engineers and contribute to automation, release processes, and developer experience improvements.

Perform VAPT and secure design reviews for web, API, and mobile (Android/iOS) apps; conduct threat modeling; validate remediations; implement SAST/DAST/SCA/IaC security practices; automate security testing; collaborate with engineering and product teams to embed security across the SDLC and ensure compliance.

24×7 monitor, triage, investigate, and respond to security, network, infrastructure, and cloud alerts. Validate incidents, distinguish false positives, escalate, document evidence, support containment/remediation, participate in incident calls, perform shift handovers, and improve monitoring and runbooks.

Investigate potential fraud across Slice products by reviewing incidents, gathering evidence, taking urgent preventive actions, monitoring alerts, identifying patterns, coordinating with analytics and product teams, recommending improvements, and completing timely investigation reports.

Operate and maintain multi-account AWS production infrastructure for a regulated digital bank. Support Kubernetes workloads, monitor and debug production using observability tools, participate in incident response and post-incident RCA, build automation (Terraform, scripts, runbooks), maintain security and compliance controls, run DR drills, and collaborate with application teams to safely deploy changes via GitOps.

Lead design, build, and operation of AWS infrastructure and EKS at scale. Implement Terraform automation, GitOps (ArgoCD), Istio service mesh, observability, DR, incident response, and security controls. Mentor engineers and drive production reliability and compliance.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex fintech programs by defining objectives, plans, resource allocation, risks, budgets and timelines. Coordinate cross-functional teams, communicate progress to stakeholders, implement best practices, mentor staff, and stay current on fintech technologies and regulations to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Monitor transactions and investigate alerts to detect suspicious activity; prepare reports for management and regulators; implement AML policies; provide AML training; liaise with regulators and law enforcement; maintain regulatory knowledge and present compliance metrics to senior management.

Lead and manage external collection agencies and field recovery operations to recover overdue accounts. Develop field strategies, optimize collection workflows, set KPIs, ensure regulatory compliance, provide training, collaborate with internal teams, report performance, and continuously improve collections processes to maximize recovery and customer engagement.

Own end-to-end financial and product reporting, build dashboards and MIS, support audits and due diligence, analyze revenue and product metrics, present insights to leadership, and partner cross-functionally to improve reporting accuracy and decision-making.

Conduct financial, process, and product audits across banking functions (credit, liquidity, treasury, taxation, risk models); assess internal controls and regulatory compliance with RBI guidelines; prepare audit reports, present findings to senior management/Audit Committee; monitor remediation and recommend risk mitigations.

Lead AML operations including transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, investigations, STR/CTR reviews, regulatory reporting, AML risk assessments, controls implementation, audits, policy development, and team leadership while leveraging analytics and automation to improve detection and efficiency.

Support InfoSec audits, regulatory compliance, risk and third‑party assessments, evidence collection, control testing, and GRC operations. Maintain trackers, risk registers, vendor assessments, policies, and assist in automation and GRC platform adoption.

Build and maintain scalable data platform components: query governance, anomaly detection, self-healing SLA-driven pipelines, LLMOps, zero-SQL tooling, and optimize Spark/EKS performance and costs.
