You will sit within a business unit and partner with senior HR People leaders to interpret business requirements.

Direct report: Individual Contributor but will take lead across HR function work-streams to inpterpret business requirements.
How you will contribute
People Strategy
  • Align HR strategy, structure, and capability to deliver best-practice HR Business Partnering and solutions that support corporate functions' business strategy and drive business results.
  • Embed HR purpose into the broader organisation via a compelling value proposition and consistent delivery.
  • Review current priorities and workload to assess alignment and contribution to company goals; course-correct to value-adding outcomes.
  • Partner with corporate function leaders to translate business strategy into people strategy and workforce planning.

Organisation Design & Development
  • Partner with corporate function leaders to ensure their organisations are structured to meet or exceed business targets today and in the future.
  • Understand how culture, diversity, values, and the capability of individuals and teams impact organisation performance.
  • Drive organisational effectiveness across Marketing, R&D, Finance, Legal, and CGA functions.

Talent Development
  • Ensure corporate function leadership attracts, recruits, develops, and retains the right talent in the right roles to meet current and future succession needs.
  • Build talent pipeline for today and future needs across all corporate functions.
  • Conduct regular Talent Reviews to identify gaps and develop targeted action plans.
  • Drive cross-functional talent movement and career development opportunities.

Capability Development
  • Work with corporate function leaders to identify critical skills needed to deliver business goals.
  • Identify development areas, source supporting programmes, and build functional expertise, fundamental skills, and leadership capabilities for the future.
  • Partner with Centres of Excellence (CoEs) to design and deliver targeted capability-building programmes for corporate functions.

Performance Management
  • Continuously educate corporate function leaders on Performance Management, including training, communication, calibration, and ongoing high-quality feedback and coaching.

Lead Culture & Engagement Pillar - Company-Wide
  • Own and drive the company-wide Culture & Engagement agenda as Pillar Lead.
  • Design and implement engagement strategies that foster a winning culture across all functions and sites.
  • Lead annual engagement survey action planning and follow-through across the organisation.
  • Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives company-wide.
  • Build and sustain an Employee Value Proposition (EVP) that attracts and retains top talent.
  • Drive recognition programmes and cultural rituals that reinforce company values.
  • Partner with the Leadership Team to embed desired culture behaviours into daily operations.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and develop data-driven interventions to improve employee experience.

Advisor & Coach
  • Contribute to business success by understanding the broader internal and external context in which the business operates.
  • Actively play a strategic role on corporate functional leadership teams.
  • Train and advise corporate function managers on personnel and workplace relations matters.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leaders on organisational and people matters.

People Cost Management
  • Ensure effective people cost and productivity management across corporate functions.
  • Partner with Finance on headcount planning, budgeting, and workforce cost optimisation.
  • Oversee the application of redundancy and other employee retrenchment policies.

  • Bachelor's degree in related fields;
  • Minimum 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in an HR Business Partner role supporting corporate/commercial functions.
  • Experience in an FMCG MNCs strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Vietnam labour law and employment regulations.
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
  • Demonstrated experience in culture transformation and engagement programme leadership.
